Ordering from Stadsetrots is easy and fast. You can easily browse through our assortment and select your favorite products via our webshop. Although we personalize many of our posters, we always strive to offer fast processing. Our products are also for sale at selected stores. Want to know where? Click here for more information.

Once your payment is completed, we will start processing immediately. If you want to change your order, please contact us within one hour at stadsetrots@gmail.com. Always include your order number. Although we do our best to make changes, we cannot guarantee this once production has started.

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We are available Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm. Please note that personalised posters cannot be cancelled once they are in production.

If you have not received an email confirmation after placing an order, please check your spam or junk folder. If you have accidentally made a mistake when entering your email address, please contact us. We can check this and resend the confirmation. This will also prevent you from accidentally placing duplicate orders.

If you forgot to add a discount code during checkout, we unfortunately cannot apply it retroactively. However, please contact us and we will be happy to offer you a credit for a future order.
